01 The Estate
Giving new life.
Domaine Hauger Fargeaud was born of a simple ambition: to give new life to a historic winegrowing estate whose parcels were once attached to the Château des Labourons, one of the founding sites of Fleurie.
02 The Terroir
Les Labourons, Poncié, La Tonne
Today, the estate farms 13.7 hectares of vines spread across several of the appellation's emblematic named plots, including Les Labourons, Poncié and La Tonne.
Farmed organically, the vines are the object of meticulous plot-by-plot work in which each terroir is observed, understood and nurtured according to its own identity.

03 In the cellar
Intervene as little as possible
In the cellar, the same philosophy prevails: intervene as little as possible, letting each vintage express its origin with precision, elegance and sincerity.
A new generation is now writing the next chapter of a story that began more than 150 years ago.
We are writing a new history in a place steeped in history.
