A glass of the estate's wine before the vines

Our Wines

Wines to open. And to open again.

Clean, sincere, elegant wines, the kind you want to drink again, to share, to recommend. Elegance rather than power.

Bunches of Gamay at ripeness

01 The philosophy

A great wine is not a matter of price, appellation or reputation. It is a bottle you open and immediately want to open a second. A wine you no longer question once tasted, because it has created a moment. A clean, sincere, elegant wine, the kind you want to drink again, to share, to recommend.

That is what we seek to produce. Fine, fruity, fresh wines, with a genuine ability to age depending on the cuvée. Elegance rather than power.

02 The range

The estate currently produces three cuvées, all from the vineyard's emblematic named plots. The cuvées are ranked according to their structure, their aromatic profile and their ageing potential.

Bottle of the Les Labourons cuvée, Fleurie

Fleurie

Les Labourons

The wine of the heights. From the estate's highest parcels, at around 400 metres of altitude, it expresses the freshness and the uprightness of this singular terroir. Fruity, lively, elegant in its youth, Les Labourons is a wine of immediate pleasure, made to be opened and shared. An entry point into the world of the estate.

Natural pairing: as an aperitif, charcuterie, fresh cheeses.

Bottle of the La Tonne cuvée, Fleurie

Fleurie

La Tonne

More enveloping, more generous. La Tonne expresses the depth of its soils and the steadiness of its ripening. A wine of character, with density and length, made to accompany a meal and to age with grace.

Natural pairing: roast poultry, dishes in sauce, white meats.

Bottle of the Poncié cuvée, Fleurie

Fleurie

Poncié

The wine for the cellar. Deep soils, prominent rock, assertive minerality. Poncié bears the imprint of one of the most recognised named plots of Fleurie. Structured, taut, precise. A wine that asks for time and repays it with interest.

Natural pairing: red meats, game, dishes of character, dark chocolate.

The range will grow to five cuvées from 2026, with the addition of a Pinot Noir cuvée and a white Beaujolais cuvée. The Moulin-à-Vent wines will join the range within the next four years.

The 2025 vintage

A demanding vintage, but a beautiful one.

A cool, wet start to the season, a very hot end of summer: a ripening curve followed closely, week after week. The season was hard to work, but the grapes we harvested carried a fine concentration and a real finesse. The 2025 vintage promises to be elegant, with backbone.

The estate's slopes at sunrise

And tomorrow

The estate's ambition is clear: to help give Beaujolais back the wines it once made, wines for the cellar, for the table, for excellence. Wines that have both the fruit and the freshness the appellation knows how to produce, and the depth that lets them travel through time.

In four years, a Moulin-à-Vent from vines planted in 1944, the grandfather's vines. A story that comes full circle, and carries on.
